A driver who hates the schedule leaves in month three, and everybody loses. So we describe the worst week of the month before we describe the best one, and we let people say no.

Tractors and trailers come off the board on a service interval. A truck that is due goes to the shop even when the load board looks good, because a breakdown on a customer's lane costs more.
